Brief

Roll out a new visual identity for one of the UK’s most well-loved brands in just six weeks.

Challenge

Interpret a brand new set of brand guidelines for an extensive portfolio of marketing collateral – consistently, faithfully, and at speed.

Solution

We developed a special process, centred on our project manager and designer and including all necessary client stakeholders.

We used all our project management experience to ensure multiple assets, including posters, pull-up banners, signage guidelines, PowerPoint templates, z-cards and ads were delivered speedily and efficiently, without compromising on quality.

Result

We delivered everything on time and in budget, and our continuous ‘relay race’ process made for a fun, energetic project. Everyone in the organisation quickly embraced the new look and feel.
