People deal in stories – that’s why we’re called Narrative. We tell stories that people care about. We’ll find what’s powerful about you and tell your story in a genuine and passionate way.

At Narrative we build in time to really get to know you and understand the external and internal obstacles you face, we question intelligently and analyse thoroughly.

Our creative philosophy is simple: Does a piece of work create an emotional spark with our audience and will it spur them into action? This is at the heart of what we do.

We’re a boutique agency with a big personality. We’re smart, creative, and just a little bit nerdy.

Corin started out as a young, wide-eyed and bushy tailed graduate from Central Saint Martins. Fast-forward fifteen years and he’s not only worked with large corporates like RBS and Barclays, but also government departments that include the DfES and DfT. At the other end of the spectrum he’s been Head of Design at Macmillan Cancer Support responsible for evolving the award winning Macmillan brand.

His work has won Marketing Week Design Awards and an IoIC award. He is also a member of the Chartered Society of Designers where he regularly assesses new members and will soon turn his efforts to improving career paths for designers within the industry.

With his extensive knowledge and experience of the charity sector Corin was in the perfect position to form Narrative with Aruna in 2012.

As well as forming great client relationships, Aruna also carefully researches thoughts and ideas, looking for insights that give our clients added value.

Specialising in all things brand, Aruna has previously worked with clients that include amongst others; Pearson, English Heritage, Acorns Children Hospice, Network Rail, Barclays and HSBC. She started out in the design industry over ten years ago working at Fitch and BamberForsyth, before moving onto independent consultancies.

With her experience and knowledge of both the corporate world and the charity sector, Aruna focuses on best practice from each and applies this knowledge to Narrative’s project processes. With her unique brand and strategic approach to projects she provides clients with insights as well as creative ideas.
