We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic account manager to join our team. It’s a remote-working six-month contract role with the possibility to extend over a longer period.
We’re Narrative, a small, well-established creative agency for charity and cause-driven brands. We believe in the power of storytelling to engage audiences and deliver results, whether that’s through design, copy, strategy – or better still, all three. You have at least three years’ account management experience in a creative agency. You communicate confidently and clearly over email, zoom and in person, and you enjoy building and managing relationships with clients, suppliers and your colleagues.
You’re highly organised, able to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and you’re not fazed by working to tight deadlines. You have immaculate attention to detail, and you’re punctual and reliable.
You have an interest in creativity, especially when it comes to design, brand and copywriting. You also like the idea of collaborating in a small team environment and playing an active role in the creative process. Just as importantly, you’re motivated by delivering creative projects that make the world a better place.
You’ll be the first point of contact for some of our major clients, working into our client director. You’ll help manage our workflow and provide support for our new business and client retention activities.
You’ll receive support and guidance from the whole senior team in a friendly and collaborative environment, and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute creative and strategic ideas if you’d like.
